Not all dental practices are alike. Our family dentistry practice is proud of the personalized dental service we provide from the moment our patients walk in the door.

You are not just a number at Stephen Wallace, DDS. When you enter our office, you are greeted warmly by Joanne or Maria at the front desk. Joanne gathers your relevant information and will assist you In filling out your insurance information and answering health history questions, if needed.

After your paperwork is completed, one of our dental assistants brings you back to the operatory. Dr. Wallace reviews your health history and addresses your concerns, after which he performs a comprehensive dental examination. He thoroughly checks your teeth and performs a visual oral cancer exam. Necessary X-rays are taken.

Next, you see Jessie, our dental hygienist, who checks for signs of dental disease, cleans and flosses your teeth, and makes sure you understand how to achieve good oral hygiene.

Dr. Wallace then reviews your X-rays and discusses any adverse issues. He explains what was found, presents recommended treatment plans and options, and answers any questions you have. Prior to treatment, our office manager, Maria, explains your insurance benefits and financing options.

Dr. Wallace and the staff want our patients to understand what is being done and why it needs to be done. Our goal is to ensure that you have a dentist who not only provides excellent dental services, but one who listens and understands your needs.
